61 Yo 5’6” 157 lbs. Phoenix, AZ Bilateral Modified Spiral Thigh Lift with Fat Transfer to Buttocks at Post Op 3 Months. This is a nice patient looking for rejuvenation of the buttocks and thighs who presented to our North Scottsdale Surgery Center for a consultation about the Modified Spiral Thigh Lift (MSTL). Aging of her lower body including the buttocks and thighs lead to some frustration for this patient as procedures offered elsewhere did not address her main concerns of excessive dimples, cellulite, and buttock aging. We recommended the MSTL to lift and fill the buttocks, remove unwanted sagging thighs, and reduce cellulite in the front and back of the thighs. This operation was performed without drains and with successful fat grafting to the buttocks. She is seen in photos before and 3 months after surgery.
