Here we have a lovely Phoenix patient who has trusted Guerra Plastic Surgery Center with multiple operations to rejuvenate almost her entire body! We performed breast augmentation surgery with placement of silicone breast implants after she had reduction of her breasts performed elsewhere and became dissatisfied with the small breast cup and asymmetry. She was very happy and then requested tummy reshaping. In the past, a different doctor had treated her abdominal region with J-plasma and liposuction and she did not get a good result from this surgery, so she asked us to address the problems. We did a tummy tuck surgery and she had a great result as well. In addition, we performed a posterior arm lift with the tummy tuck surgery and she was very pleased with the quality of our incisions in the upper extremity. Several years later, she heard about our Modified Spiral Thigh Lift (MSTL) procedure for buttock and thigh rejuvenation. She also had some failed non-surgical treatments performed to the thighs which did nothing to improve her cellulite and aged appearance in the glutes and thighs. With the MSTL, all those problems became a thing of the past! The procedure resulted in a far more youthful and attractive gluteal and lower body region, with major reductions in cellulite, but also the creating a round and plump booty! All of the incisions of the MSTL are nicely hidden in regular underwear and these do not go down the thighs.
