Standing at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 180 pounds, this 28-year-old resident of Phoenix, Arizona, desired a Mommy Makeover. This lovely young lady had experienced significant weight loss, resulting in loose skin in the breasts and tummy. Whether weight loss occurred through a vertical gastric sleeve (VSG) or a natural approach, a mommy makeover is still possible. We began with liposuction in the front and back of the body to achieve a smaller waistline before the tummy tuck. The procedure included a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Bilateral Wise Pattern Breast Lift (Mastopexy) with Silicone Soft Touch Breast Implants, and Lipo360 or Power Assisted Liposuction (PAL) 360, including axillary fat removal from the armpit area.
