This area shows a 56 year old lady from Chandler, Arizona who requested several plastic surgery procedures. She had a consultation for body surgery at my North Scottsdale, Arizona medical office. I listened carefully as she told me that she lost 35 pounds and developed loose skin in her inner and outer thighs. She was also concerned about the excess skin and flabbiness of the abdomen, including muscle weakness. She wanted to have a combined cosmetic surgery operation that would lift her inner and outer thighs, reduce the cellulite, reduce the wrinkles and improve the tone of the thighs, while tightening the tummy. We recommended an outer thigh lift, an inner thigh lift, and an extended tummy tuck. She did not want a circumferential incision, so we ruled out performing a lower body lift at the same time. Before plastic surgery Arizona, she was 5 feet 3 inches and 128 pounds. In order to reduce the weight of the thighs, liposuction of the fad pads was also recommended and that helped to give her a better result from thigh lift. She had her surgery at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery center and stayed for 3 nights after surgery. She recovered nicely from her extended tummy tuck, medial thigh lift and outer thigh lift with lipo of the saddlebag area. In the before and after photos she is seen 2 months after her cosmetic surgery and body contouring. During her last visit, she mentioned that she was pleased with the smoothness of her thighs and the flatness of her tummy and was finally, after so many years, looking forward to hitting the beach for the summer.
