This extremely nice 34 year old patient from Paradise Valley, Arizona experienced major weight loss after vertical sleeve gastroplasty and lost close to 100 pounds. She was left with a large amount of extra skin and underwent several operations at Guerra Plastic Surgery Center. The torso excess skin was addressed first with Lower Body Lift surgery during her first operation. The patient was extremely happy with the outcome of her body surgery and soon thereafter signed up for arm and thigh contouring surgery as a second stage. We then addressed the excess skin, deflation, and cellulite of the thighs, arms, and buttocks with bilateral thigh lift and fat injections to the hip dips/outer buttock volume restoration and a simultaneous posterior arm lift surgery. No drains were used on the arms, buttocks, and thighs with the operative techniques used in our office. Outstanding long-term arm, body, and thigh contouring results were achieved with this approach.
