At 5 feet 2 inches and 140 pounds, this 46-year-old Scottsdale, Arizona resident wanted a breast lift, improved symmetry, and a larger breast cup, preferably a DDD cup size. We recommended several techniques to achieve the best symmetry, including an anchor pattern breast lift, different breast implant sizes, and more breast volume reduction on the right side. She did two months of postoperative silicone scar therapy and is happy with the outcome. Her after photos show her at 2 months post-anchor pattern breast lift/reduction with 365cc Full on the left and 345cc Moderate on the right Natrelle Inspira Soft Touch breast implants.
