At 5 feet 2 inches and 134 pounds, this 27-year-old resident of Surprise, Arizona, wanted a full D cup size. This wonderful young lady had lifelong small breasts and had been dreaming of fuller breasts for over 10 years. She decided on silicone breast implants to achieve a D cup size. Her natural anatomy was noteworthy for tight lower breasts with asymmetrical nipples and mammary fold position. Nipple lift surgery was offered, but the patient was comfortable with her anatomy and did not want to change it. She now loves her size, cleavage, and overall results. Responsive breast implants were recommended to achieve her personal goal of natural-feeling breasts.
