At 5 feet 5 inches and 112 pounds, this 41-year-old Buckeye, AZ resident wanted a Mommy Makeover and a D cup size. As a mother of multiple children, she desired a rejuvenated and curvier figure to erase most of the post-pregnancy deficiencies. She chose naturally soft, round breast implants that worked exceptionally well to achieve roundness in her tight lower breasts, which were fairly flat before surgery. She also developed excellent cleavage. Her tummy was sculpted with diastasis and Corset sutures. Her after photos show her at 2.5 months post-tummy tuck (abdominoplasty), bilateral breast augmentation with 325cc silicone responsive breast implants using bilateral under-the-breast crease incisions, and suction-assisted liposuction (SAL) of the hips and flanks.
