Here we have a pleasant 27 year old lady who traveled from southwest Arizona and was seen in my Phoenix, Arizona plastic surgery and aesthetic medical practice, requesting a mommy makeover with breast augmentation, tummy tuck, lipo of the hips, and left crescent nipple lift. She had 2 kids and was very unhappy with the fat rolls and loose skin on the tummy. At the time of her surgery she is wearing a B cup and and is 5 feet 4 inches and 140 pounds before surgery. Her goal was to achieve the flattest tummy possible and a natural looking D cup. She also wanted to reduce the love handles and even out the nipple position. She had a tummy tuck with liposuction of the hips and had a pain reducing pump placed at the time of surgery. As part of her mommy makeover, we placed 400 cc smooth round moderate breast implants under the muscle using a crease incision. After the procedure, she decided to stay overnight at the Arizona plastic surgery recovery center. The overnight stay at the surgery center made her experience very comfortable. She is seen 3 years after mommy makeover surgery and she tells me that she likes her current breast cup much better. She also told me that her tummy is very flat and tight and that this combination mommy makeover has boosted her self-confidence.
