Plastic Surgery is an important decision. It is also one that requires meeting financial obligations. We at the AB Guerra Plastic Surgery Clinic want to make sure that you have every detail of your financial obligations explained to you. We also want to try to provide the easiest route for you to achieve your desired result. Our Patient Coordinators and our Business Manager are able and eager to meet all your needs.

Fees

We strongly believe that the evaluation of a patient is a dynamic and variable process; therefore many different variations can exist in the determination of an accurate fee. For that reason, and in an effort to preserve patient confidentiality we feel that fees are better discussed during your consultation. Our Business Manager is looking forward to discussing individualized fees with you during your consultation.

** Please note that a 22.99% retroactive APR will be applied to the balance of your loan if not paid in full by the end of the interest-free period. To calculate the finance charges, we will multiply your daily principal balance during the interest-free period by your interest rate of 22.99% APR. We will then add this interest charge to the balance of your loan. Please note that our 3 month interest-free loan is a 24 month fixed rate loan with a 3 month interest-free period. Similarly, all other interest-free loans are 48 month fixed rate loans with stated interest-free periods.

Payment Policies

During your initial consultation, you will receive a quote for the recommended procedure. Because our operating rooms are in high demand, we require a deposit that will reserve your desired date on the surgery schedule. Full payment for your procedure will be due at the pre-op visit, which is usually two weeks prior to the surgery.
