Meet the Staff

	Kathleen Anne Crawford, M.P.H. Patient Coordinator Clinical Administrator Kathleen Anne Crawford, M.P.H., is a trained professional with over 7 years of experience in the healthcare field. She obtained her Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Public Health at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Michigan. Before joining the AB Guerra Plastic Surgery Clinic she managed a clinical research program for a large health system in New Orleans, LA. Kathleen transitioned to Phoenix with Dr. Guerra because she believes in his skills, ethics, and professionalism.			Viridiana Sanchez Patient Coordinator Spanish Speaker Liason Viridiana is our Phoenix Plastic Surgery office patient coordinator and Spanish speaker liaison. Viridiana is a native of Tucson, Arizona. She is interested in many aspects of plastic surgery. Viridiana is a great resource for our patients. She is bilingual in English and in Spanish and can be especially helpful to our Spanish speaking clients. Patients will see Viridiana at our Phoenix Plastic Surgery location, and sometimes, at the Scottsdale Plastic Surgery location.
	Lanette Harris Patient Coordinator Lanette is one of our Phoenix Plastic Surgery office patient coordinators.			Gina Mejia Scheduler Gina is our fantastic scheduler. She is skilled at scheduling our patients at some of the busiest surgery centers in Arizona.
	Yolie Santos Receptionist Yolie is our very courteous and professional front office assistant.			Genaro Guerra Business Manager Genaro Guerra is our Phoenix Plastic Surgery business manager. Genaro received his education at the University of California, Irvine located in Irvine, California. He is very well informed in many aspects of plastic surgery and is a great resource for all our patients. Genaro is bilingual in English and in Spanish.
