Tummy Tuck with Breast Reduction - Case: 35821
At 5 feet 4 inches and 185 pounds, this 43-year-old Arizona resident developed significant breast sagging and loose abdominal skin after major weight loss (MWL). Her overall breast size was also too big for frame and with worsening sagging after vertical sleeve gastroplasty (VSG) she requested a more comfortable breast cup size and a breast lift. She wanted a reduction from DD/DDD to a D cup size. Breast implants were not recommended in order to achieve the most natural looking results. For her tummy tuck, we performed an extended tummy tuck with rectus diastasis repair and corset muscle tightening for a snatched looking abdomen. Her after photos show her at 2 months after a Tummy Tuck (Abdominoplasty), Bilateral Anchor Pattern Breast Lift (Mastopexy)/Breast Reduction. Suction Assisted Liposuction (SAL) of the Hips and Flanks.
