Here we have a follow up on a 27 year old lady from the Phoenix, Arizona after liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. Before cosmetic surgery, her goal was to improve the size and definition of her buttocks via fat injections. She also wanted her buttocks to look more round and attractive. She also wanted a tight tummy and for me to reduce unwanted fat pockets in the tummy, hips and back via liposuction. She is 5 feet 4 inches and 156 pounds. I told her that she has a square butt and a V-shape body from the back. I recommended liposuction and Brazilian butt lift via fat transfer. The operation was done at a local Scottsdale plastic surgery and recovery center. During surgery, 4.4 liters of fat was removed via liposuction on the tummy, back, and bra rolls. A total of 800 cc of fat was grafted into each buttock and an additional 200 cc of fat injection placed into the outer thighs. The total volume of fat placed in buttock and saddlebags was 1600 cc. Photos show her results at 7 months after circumferential liposuction and buttock augmentation using the Brazilian butt lift technique.
